About the author.
Ilya Stavinsky was born in Moscow in 1943. He graduated from Moscow
University, where he majored in political economy and philosophy.
Being unable to publish his theoretical articles in Soviet journals,
in 1975 he emigrated to the USA, where he published his books
" Social Capital and Socialism " and "
Capitalism today and Capitalism tomorrow. "
The second book attracted a great attention of many
economists and the author has been invited to read lectures about
his book in such places as Moscow State University, Office of
the President of Russian Federation, Academy of the State Management, etc.
Leading national newspapers devoted many articles about the author and
his new discovery in economics:
